Hello, satkonewh.

There are two ways to delete credit notes. One method is to locate all the transactions by clicking the timestamp icon and then tapping view more. However, removing the transactions needs to be done manually.

To give you the detailed steps, Here's how:

  1. From the +New icon, choose the Credit note.
  2. Click the time stamp icon beside the Credit note header.
  3. Locate the transactions.
  4. Open the trades, and under More select Delete.

Another option is to go to the customer profile and locate the transactions. Here's how:

  1. Click Sales, then choose Customers
  2. Scroll down, find the customer whose Credit Note you'll delete, and click their name.
  3. Find the transaction in the list below and click to open it. Using the filter (funnel icon) you can narrow the list based on date or transaction type by using the filter (funnel icon).
  4. Click More at the bottom of the Credit Memo screen and select Delete.

There's also a guide on deleting transactions here that you may find helpful.
