Hi there, NicaBlue.

Please know that you can always have the option to delete your data and start over in QuickBooks Online. However, this will only work if your QBO account is less than 60 days old. Since your account has already been active for two years, you'll need to export your data as well as reports, lists, and other items from QuickBooks Online. This will keep your data for 2021 and 2022 and cancel your current QuickBooks Online subscription.

Once done, you have to sign up for a new one so you can start a fresh account.

Here's how:

  1. Sign up for QuickBooks Online.
  2. Enter your user ID and password.
  3. Use the same user ID and password as before.

After that, you can import your 2021 and 2022 data into your new QBO and bring your transaction from there.

Lastly, I'm also adding this article to further guide you in effectively managing your business using QBO: Help guides for QuickBooks Online. It contains topics about advanced accounting, banking, and payments to name a few.

Please let me know if you have further questions or concerns about your data in QBO. I'm always around to help, NicaBlue. Have a good one!
