How do I unlink my bank account from my qb system?

You can unlink your bank account by checking the Disconnect this account on save option, Shaundrey. I'll walk you through each step of the process below.

Please note that unlinking the account will delete any transactions in the For Review tab. I recommend categorising them first before disconnecting.

To unlink the account, follow these steps:

1. Go to Transactions, then Bank transactions.
2. Choose the tile for the bank account you want to unlink.
3. Click the pencil icon, then select Edit account info.
   
4. Tick the Disconnect this account on save checkbox.
5. Hit Save.
   

Additionally, you can run a Balance Sheet report to give you a snapshot of your company's financial status as of a specific date.
