How to get back previous reconciliations suddenly disappear in QuickBooks?

I am using Quickbooks online. I created a new loan account and received an error in the process. After that when I went to my back register previous reconciliations disappeared. I would like to know how to get these back without having to re-enter them. I have reconciliations missing all the way back to 2008. I checked my reconciliation reports and my audit logs and they both show my activity. I did not delete anything.

    To isolate the issue, you should sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private window. This removes cookies and browser history to prevent online tracking and ensure a clean browsing session, making it easier to navigate any websites and troubleshoot errors. For your reference, you can use the following shortcut keys:
     
    • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Safari: Command + Shift + N
    • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
