I am having trouble connecting my biz bank account. I can see the account on my phone and it has a toggle to start connecting but when I do, it stays loading. Any tips?

I am using the app on my phone to connect since I can't find that section on my laptop when I login. I have my business bank account with chase.

    I appreciate your dedication in trying to connect your Chase bank to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, @Jamile-Gomez . I have here basic troubleshooting steps you can follow for you to connect to your Chase bank successfully. Follow the steps below to get started.

     

    For iOS devices:

    1. Click the Menu at the upper right.
    2. Select Help & Feedback.
    3. Then, click Refresh Data and select Refresh.

     

    For Android devices:

    1. Click the Menu at the upper right.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Then, click Refresh Data and Yes to confirm.

     

    Once done, let's try to connect your Chase bank to QBO again. If the issue persists, I recommend uninstalling and Reinstalling the app.
