I've got the details and workarounds you need about connecting your Haspa bank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @wnaemura.

Currently, Haspa isn't a participating financial institution in the program. With this, I'd recommend using the Request support for your bank option in the Connect an account page. This way, you can ask us to add your bank for future releases. I'll guide you how.

  1. Go to Banking from the left menu.
  2. Select Add account
  3. Enter Haspa or the bank URL in the Search box.
  4. Click Request support for your bank
  5. Verify the Bank name and enter the Bank web address (URL).
  6. Hit Request

The screenshot below shows you the last four steps. For the detailed instructions, see the Request support for your bank section through this article: Find Your Bank Account When Connecting To Online Banking.

In the meantime, I have the two alternative methods you can perform to complete your task. You'll have to download transactions from your bank's website. Then, upload them to the software. Just click any of the two links below.

Once imported, you can assign, edit, and categorise your Haspa transactions. Just go to the For Review tab from the Banking menu. It helps ensure your financial records are accurate. To learn more about this process, visit this article: Categorising Transactions

I'll be right here to help if you need anything else. Wishing you and your business continued success while using QBO, @wnaemura.
