It appears your business account has been added, but only your personal accounts show up during the linking process, Crafted. Let’s make sure you select the correct account in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Allow me to guide you through process.

Please note that Barclays personal and business accounts are separate. When linking your business account, ensure you’re searching for and selecting the exact name associated with it. This is essential for a successful connection.

If your business account still doesn't appear in QuickBooks, I recommend contacting Barclays support. They can help determine the compatibility of your business account with QuickBooks and inform you of any additional steps needed on their end to enable the connection.

    Here's how:

    1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
    2. Select Link account.
    3. Search for the name of your financial institution. If QuickBooks is unable to find your bank, you will get the message, "Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported providers".
    4. Enter your Account provider name and Account provider sign-in URL, then select Request.

For guidance, refer to this article for detailed steps in connecting your bank account in QBO.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions while waiting for your bank to be connected in QBO. Refer to this article for guided steps.

Additionally, you can exclude your bank transactions if there's an error when uploading them manually or if you no longer need it.
