Your bank will inform all account holders about any safety features and improvements. You can contact HSBC directly to verify or log in to their online page to view the notifications that need your attention. To do this, here' show:

1. Go to HSBC's website and sign in.
2. Check your account for messages, notifications, or alerts.
3. Look for any display issues as you navigate the website. These can block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.
4. Check their website for any announcements about new security requirements.

If you make changes on your bank's end (for example, login credentials and account info), you'll have to update QuickBooks as well. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
2. Select the blue tile for your linked bank account.
3. Click the Edit icon.
4. Choose either Edit sign-in info or Edit account info.

Once HSBC syncs with QuickBooks and your transactions are downloaded, review and categorise them. Then, reconcile your accounts so they always match your monthly statements.
