I created this account no and i am facing problem to add payment gateway in my account since there is no payment option in the account section. kindly solve this

I'd like to ensure we're on the same page. Are you referring to adding a payment method in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account? If so, you'll want to ensure you update your payment info using a web browser for a smooth process. Let me show you how.

1. Sign in as the Master or Company Admin.
2. Go to the Gear icon.
3. Select Account and Settings.
4. Click the Billing Subscriptions tab.
5. Select the Edit pencil icon beside your payment method.
6. Update your credit card info and ensure all the details are correct to avoid any errors.
7. Ensure the address in your QuickBooks is the same as the one in your credit card statement.
8. Review the information and ensure everything is good, then click Confirm card or Save.

However, if you're referring to adding a payment option for your customer to pay their invoice online, the feature isn't available in the global versions of QBO. But, you can look for a third-party app that integrates with QBO and lets your customer pay online.

You can check our QuickBooks Apps store place or go to the Apps menu in your QBO account and browse some apps that lets you receive payments online.
