Let’s work together to address this issue and ensure your transactions match correctly with the entered receipts, info. I'll share some information that is relevant to the issue.

Some transactions are unable to find a match in existing records for the following reasons:

    • Dates don't match or are not close.
    • The transactions is older than 6 months.
    • The bank account on the payment isn't the same as the bank where the match is located.
    • The amounts don't match.
    • The payment has been reconciled.
    • The record is already matched to another transaction.
    • Multicurrency issue with exchange rates.

If QuickBooks doesn't find the correct match, you have the option to manually locate a match by selecting the Find Match section. Here's how to do it:

    1. On the left panel, select Transactions and go to Bank Transactions.
    2. Find the match and choose Match.
    3. You'll be routed to the Find other matches field and fill out the necessary details.
    4. Click the Match button.
