I have QB version no USA. I need to add a new bank account and when I go to Bank Menu, I don´t find option Create Account. How could I do it?

Let's check to see if you're not experiencing some browser-related issues. It might be the reason why the button to link an account isn't available.

To start with, open QuickBooks in an incognito window. You can use these keyboard keys to use one:

• Ctrl+ Shift + N for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge
• Command + Shift + N for Safari

If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear the cache to remove corrupted web files. You can also switch to a different browser to isolate the issue further.
