Hi @carlosvillalobos,

I'll walk you through on taking care of your query.

If the company you wish to delete currently has an active subscription, you'll have to cancel it first.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) company in question.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Select Account and Settings
  4. Click Billing and Subscription
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions.
  7. Hit Submit and cancel subscription, then Got it.

For a previously subscribed QBO company, it will be stored in our database for a year. You'll have read-only access to it as well. Past that point, if you haven't resubscribed then it will be deleted.

If you have a trial company, you can simply let it expire. Once that happens, allow up to 60 days, then it will be deleted as well. Given that you haven't subscribed to that specific QBO company.

See this article for additional details: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial. You'll find the steps on how to cancel a subscribed QBO company, as well as a trial.

Another thing, take a look at this article to learn more about what happens to your company data after you cancel your subscription: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?
