I'm trying to connect to my bank account. Ambank (M) Berhad. But the bank name is not in the list. Why?? How then??

Once you've confirmed that your bank doesn't show up on the list, here are the possible reasons why:

Your bank has multiple names on our list. Ensure you have selected the correct listing or have tried all possible links. Search by the banking sign-in URL to ensure you use an accurate listing.
Your bank does not connect to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs. business accounts).
Your bank is not a participating financial institution.

If you're unable to find your bank after confirming the required details above, I recommend trying other versions of your financial institution that are listed.

Here's how:

Go to the Banking menu in the left panel.
Select Add account/Link account.
Enter the name of your financial institution. When it appears, select it from the list.
Continue to add the account to QuickBooks Online.

In the meantime, you can still manually upload your bank transactions to QuickBooks if you're still unable to connect your bank account.
