Question

I need your help to remove my account and any bank links on my account here on QUICKBOOKS! I was charged automatically and no one informed me about it! Remove it now !!!!

I'll help with your concern about removing your account. I'd also like to inform you that all QuickBooks subscriptions are subject to auto-renewal.

 

We also send email notifications before the renewal date to inform you that the renewal of you account is upcoming and charges will be taken out from the card that we have on file. 

 

Although, you can cancel your account to close it out. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  2. Go to the Gear or Settings ⚙ icon and select Account and settings.
  3. Proceed to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're cancelling a trial, select Cancel trial.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps.

 

Please know that all transactions and data in your account will automatically turn into a read-only-file after cancelling your account.
