Question

I think that I messed up something, my bank balance and quickbook balance are shown 0 while there are some transactions after connected to bank and update, how do I fix

Hi Edward,

 

We can do the manual update and see if this will show you the correct balances. To do this, please click the Update button on the Banking page. If the same thing happens, please do the basic browser troubleshooting steps to see if this is caused by a browser issue.

 

Log in to QuickBooks in a private or incognito window. This stops the cache from saving data, and it's a good initial step to check browser issues. If you can see the balances, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If not, try other browsers to isolate the case.

 

You may also want to check about categorizing and adding your bank transactions to your register.
