I would like to delete an acct and this is the message that I am getting - You cannot delete or edit the JMD rec'd from sale of USD account. It is used to batch deposits.

You may encounter such an error if there are transactions linked to the account. Let's access the Account history page to verify this. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Chart of Accounts.
2. Locate the account you'd like to delete.
3. Click the Account history button.
4. From there, review if there are transactions and then make the necessary changes.

Alternatively, you can click the drop menu beside Account history. Then, select Run report. There, you can view all the associated transactions in the account. 

Once done, you can make the account inactive.

If the issue persists, I suggest accessing your account using a private window. This way, we can determine whether this is a browser cache-related issue. The browser utilizes cached data to load web pages quickly. However, excessive cache can lead to problems that impact the appearance and functionality of your account.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

• Safari: Command + Shift + N 
• Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N

If it works, clear the browser's cache. Doing so deletes all the data from your browser and optimizes its performance. Using other supported browsers also helps us verify if this is a browser-specific issue. 

Moreover, you'll see inactive accounts and their associated transactions when running reports. To hide them, I recommend customising the data.
