Hi there, @rickwit23. Let me offer you some assistance in removing an old email account from your QuickBooks Online account.

To remove your old email account, you will need to replace it with a new one. If you want to update your Intuit Account credentials, you can easily do so using your QuickBooks account. You can follow the steps below to guide you with the process:

    1. Click your Profile icon beside the Gear icon, then select Manage your Intuit Account.
    2. It will route you to the Intuit Account Manager webpage.
    3. Go to Sign in & security, then Email address.
    4. Replace your email address with the new one.
    5. When done, click Save.

For reference, check out this article: Update or change your Intuit Account sign-in information.

On the other hand, if you want to update your company's email address with a new one, you may follow the steps I'll share below:

    1. Open your QuickBooks account.
    2. Head to the Gear icon, then Accounts and settings.
    3. On your Company tab, go to the Contact info section.
    4. Click the pencil icon to edit your Company email. You may also tick the Same as company email option to make sure your Customer-facing email is same with your email.
    5. Once done, click Save and Done.

See this article for reference: Change your company name, contact info, or Business ID No in QuickBooks Online.

You can also check out this article if you want to access and download your personal data using your Intuit Account: Access and manage your personal data from your Intuit Account.
