1. Go to the Transactions tab and select Bank transactions.
2. Click Link account.
3. Search for your financial institution's name. Then, enter your bank name or URL.
4. Scroll down and click the Still can't find your provider? link.
5. Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the provided field, and then select Request.

In the meantime, you can import your bank transactions by downloading a CSV file from your bank and then uploading it to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To upload the transactions to QBO:

1. Navigate to the Transactions tab and select Bank transactions. 
2. Locate and click on the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions.
3. Click the Link account ▼ dropdown and then choose Upload transactions.
4. Select either the Drag and drop or select files to locate and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, click on Continue.
5. In the QuickBooks account ▼ dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then select Continue.
6. Follow the onscreen instructions to match the columns from the file with the appropriate fields in QuickBooks. Then, click on Continue.
7. Select the transactions you want to import, and click on Continue.
8. Confirm by selecting Yes, then click on Done to complete the process.

After obtaining your bank data, categorise the transactions to ensure they're accounted for properly.
