Question

Importing a CSV-file without bank account manually

I have imported the file successfully.

Then I wanted to press the NEXT-button, but there is no next-button.

So the CSV-file is not received.

I can see the Continue or Next button when I tried to import a CSV file in my QBO account, rdvp777.

I'll help you make sure that you're able to import your banking transactions.

First, make sure to zoom out your browser so you can see the entire page and every buttons. Here's an article for additional guidance on this: Unable to See the Entire Page in QuickBooks Online.

Second, make sure to follow the correct format so the Next or Continue is clickable. Here's an article as a guide: Format CSV Files in Excel to get Bank Transactions into QuickBooks.

Alternatively, you can use a different browser or switch to an incognito/private browsing session? A browser issue might have prevented you from seeing the buttons to continue.

Use these keyboard shortcuts to switch to incognito mode:

  • Ctrl Shift N  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl Shift P for Microsoft Edge

After logging back in, try to import your CSV file and check if you can already see the Continue button. If you're able to do it, go back to a regular browsing session. Then, follow the steps in this article to delete your browsing history: Clear Cache And Cookies To Fix Issues When Using QuickBooks Online
