Is the connection with Kenya Commercial Bank working?

I received a message from my global QuickBooks online account saying the connection would be live on February 28, 2024.  Now I get an error message saying the bank is not available, try later

I'll share some information about the Kenya Commercial Bank connectivity with QuickBooks Online (QBO), eschecter.

 

The connection between your financial institution and QBO is still in BETA. Although it was supposed to be fully supported on the date you mentioned, the bank is still blocking access to QB. I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support Team for an update regarding this. Here's how: 

 

  1. Open your QBO account. Select Help.
  2. Click either tab to get started:

 

  • Assistant: Get quick, personalised answers. Select a suggested option or type a question or topic you need help with. If you need further help, you can still chat to a human.
  • Search: Type a question, keyword, or topic for QuickBooks Online self-help content or select Contact Us, type a question, and Continue. Choose a way to connect with us:

 

  • Start a chat with a QuickBooks support expert online.

 

Live chat is available 24 hours GMT, Monday to Friday, for QBO Online Simple Start, Essentials, and Plus users.

 

In the meantime, you can manually upload transactions from your bank to QBO
