I took the screenshot from another accounting app. You should contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA for details.

No. You may have 2 options:

1. Convert your data to another accounting application to integrate with Datev.

2. If you still need to use QBO, use a connector to mirror any data you register in QBO automatically to another accounting application and integrate it with Datev.

Is the screenshot you added from QBO? If it is, I think we can solve the issue with export / import data. For your second option, which applications we can use to integrate QBO and Datev?

Welcome to the Community forum, Dev. I'll gladly share how to determine if the DATEV system can be integrated with QuickBooks.

The Apps section in QuickBooks Online (QBO) can help you identify if the DATEV system is one of the compatible apps that can connect with (QBO).

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Apps tab.
  2. Select Find Apps.
  3. Enter the system name in the Search tab and look for it.

You can also click this link to find it: QuickBooks App Store.

If you can't find it, I suggest contacting DATEV support to inquire if QBO can integrate with their system.

You may want to learn how to pull up tax reports and print them. Check out this article: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have additional questions about system integration in QBO by replying to this post. We'll be happy to help. Take care, and have a good one.
