I’m here to ensure you can connect your CIMB account to QuickBooks, @uservpcleancrew.

Thanks for posting in the Community. I know a way we can link your business account to online banking in QuickBooks Online.

If you can't find your financial institution when you set up, don't worry. We can request support for your bank. You can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Click Add account.
  3. Search CIMB.
  4. Scroll down and press Show more.
  5. Select the button that says, Still can’t find your bank?

  6. Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then hit Request.

You may still be able to download transactions from your bank's website and manually upload them to QuickBooks Online. Here's how to upload more than 90 days of bank transactions through Web Connect or import bank transactions from Excel CSV file to QBO.

Don’t hesitate to reach out again if you have other banking concerns. I’m always here to help you out. Have a great day ahead!
