I understand that you need to access your account so you can do your business works. As I checked your screenshot, it shows that the account was deactivated. This needs to be checked to see what's causing this issue. That being said, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team so they can perform some research and fix this as soon as they can.

Click the? Help icon and click Contact Us.
Enter Account deactivated in the question field.
Click Continue, then select how you'll want to get in touch with our support.
