My account was suspended and now appears in read only version.till 05/10/24 .mys ubscription was paid to the wrong account.what can i do to recover the old account

I'll help you reach our Customer Care team to trace the payment and ask for options for renewal of your account in QuickBooks Online.

 

Currently, there isn't an option to contact our support via email. You'll have to connect with them via chat during support hours to make sure you'll be assisted on time.

 

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
  2. Go to the Help menu.
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose the Start a chat option.
