I can help you connect your bank in QuickBooks, contact-french-c.

 

Since you've confirmed that you're not able to connect to your Bank, there are a few possible reasons why you're unable to link the bank. Those are:

  • Your bank has multiple names on our list. Make sure you have selected the correct listing or have tried all possible links. Search by the banking sign-in URL to ensure you are using the correct listing.
  • Your bank does not connect to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs business accounts).
  • Your bank is not a participating financial institution.

If you're unable to find your bank after confirming the required details above, I recommend trying other versions of your financial institution that are listed.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu at the left panel.
  2. Select Add account/Link account.
  3. Enter the name of your financial institution. When it appears, select it from the list.
  4. Continue to add the account to QuickBooks Online.
