My business bank account is at CIBC First Caribbean, why can't I connect it?

Hello there, dr-butler. If the bank is supported, you should be able to connect it to QuickBooks Online.

 

Let's determine if this has something to do with your browser's cache. Too much cache in your browsers can cause unexpected responses in the system. We can connect your bank using a private browser. Here are keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Chrome: Press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Press Command Shift 

If you can connect your bank account using a private browser, you may need to clear our browser's cache. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with clean trash. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
