There are few reasons why you cannot link your bank account to QuickBooks Online. It could be that:

  • Your bank uses multiple names or links. When searching the bank, you can use the bank's sign-in URL.
  • Your bank doesn't connect to all types of accounts.
  • Your bank is not a participating financial institution.
