I'll make sure you're able to connect with South Indian Bank, @rajiv5.

To verify, are you getting an error code or error message? If not, we can start our troubleshooting steps by adding your bank's URL manually in QuickBooks.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Open a browser, then go to your bank's website and log in.
  2. Once you're in, copy the URL at the top of the browser.
  3. Go to to QuickBooks Online, then to the Banking page.
  4. Hit Link account or Add account. Then, paste your bank's URL on the field.
  5. Follow the steps that'll guide you through the rest in connecting your bank account.

Please refer to this guide for details: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

Also, you can manually upload bank transactions into QBO.

In case you need help with other tasks in QBO, just browse this link here to go to our general topic with articles.

Let me know how it goes or if you still have questions connecting your account. I'll be around for you. Take care and have a nice day ahead.
