Hi there, @wentzdeg. I understand how important it is to have all your accounts synced properly. Let me share some steps you can take to troubleshoot this matter.

Connecting your online banking to the application depends on what accounts your bank supports. Some banks don't connect all types of accounts, which can be the reason why the application was unable to recognize or connect to the account you are referring to.

Given that you already connected your bank to the application, we can request support for making that particular account available for connection with QuickBooks. Therefore, I recommend discussing this with your financial institution if they can allow a connection for the particular account.

In the meantime, we can manually upload your transaction instantly. You can begin by downloading the CSV file from your bank website and reviewing its format before uploading it. After that, upload them using the steps below:

    1. Go to the Transactions menu and select Bank Transactions.
    2. Tap your bank’s tile where you want to upload the file.
    3. Tap the Link account dropdown and select Upload from file.
    4. Hit the Drag and drop or select files and then select the file you downloaded from our bank. Then, click Continue.
    5. Follow the onscreen procedures to match the columns on the file with the correct fields. Then, select Continue.
    6. Select the transaction you’d like to import and select Continue. After that, select Yes.
    7. Click Done.

Furthermore, you can begin categorising your transactions to add them to the correct accounts and reconcile them afterward to ensure your books are balanced:
