Paying a bill through multiple Brex charges

To clarify, I am asking in general how to match multiple credit card charges to a single bill through the QuickBooks online bank feed

Allow me to help you with this bill matching concern in QuickBooks. Matching multiple bank entries towards a single transaction in QuickBooks is something the system cannot do.

You'll need to record 2 payments for the bill so you can match it with the entries on your bank feeds. Here's how to do that:

1. Open the bill and edit the bill payment for that transaction. Click the payment link on the invoice.
2. Select the date of the bill payment.
   
3. For the first payment, enter the $64.03 amount instead of the full amount of the bill.
4. Once done, press Save and close.
5. The remaining balance will become due, so you'll need to create another payment for it. Open the bill again and choose Mark as paid for the remaining $1.54.
6. Once done, the bank feed will automatically let you match the entries.
