QBO credit card payments showing twice - once through Temp QB cash check acct & again through my linked bank account

You can create a bank transfer from the Temp QB account going to your bank account. This way it will recognise in the bank register.

Here's how:

1. Go to the + New icon.
2. Under Other, select Transfer.
3. In the Transfer Funds From drop-down, select Temp QB cash checking account. ( This is funds that are coming out of.)
4. From the Transfer Funds To drop-down list, select the bank account the funds are being deposited into. 
5. Enter the amount in the Transfer Amount field.
6. Choose the Date.
7. (Optional) Enter a description of the transfer in the Memo field.
8. Click Save and close or Save and new.
