Reconnecting my quickbooks to my bank account

I'm trying to reconnect my quickbooks account to my bank account. For reasons that are unexplainable quickbooks de-linked my bank account and I've tried for 4 days (4 phone calls, 8 emails) to get the support I need to assist me in this very simple issue. To make matters worse, my company's taxes are due and our CFO is unable to access the information he needs to file proper taxes.

    I know its impacting if you’re unable to update your bank transactions, creston.davis.

    I also appreciate your efforts for contacting our support team. If they are still working to fix your banking issue, I’d recommend downloading your bank transactions manually. (Please note that this might cause duplicate transactions once the connection is fix). Through this, your CFO will be able to get all the information needed to file your taxes.

    This process involves logging in to your bank’s website, downloading the transactions from there then save it to your desktop. Lastly, import the banking file to QuickBooks Online.
