Resubscription

Thank you for taking the time to post here and for adding a screenshot. I removed it for security reasons.

I'm gonna have to let you contact our Chat team about this matter coz it looks like the link we have is for a personal account. The team can offer you other options to resubscribe. They have more tools on their end and have access to your billing information, as well.

1. Click on Help and click the Search tab.
2. Click Contact Us at the bottom.
3. Enter something like renew account and click Continue.
4. Choose Start messaging.

You can also use a different account to pay for your account.
