I see how important it is for you to track your payments in QuickBooks Online. 

 

But before we proceed, could you please tell me whether the payment you're attempting to add is for a customer or a supplier? Have you also received any error messages while adding the payment? This will allow us to provide relevant information as well as specific troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.  

 

I'd also appreciate it if you could give us a screenshot of the payment that you're attempting to record.
