The bank synchronization with Krungsri Bank is more than 1 week that is not working: "Sorry, we can't update your account".

I've checked and there isn't a report about Krungsri Bank not updating. There could be an issue with your bank's website.

You can check if there's an update from Krungsri Bank. Then, look for any display issues, messages, notifications, alerts, or announcements about new security requirements. Any of these can stop QuickBooks from downloading transactions.

If everything looks good, you can disconnect and re-connect your bank in QuickBooks to refresh the connection. Let me show you how:

1. Go to the Banking menu, then proceed to the Banking tab.
2. Highlight Krungsri Bank.
3. Click the pencil ✎ icon, then select Edit account info.
4. Mark the Disconnect this account on save checkbox.
5. If QuickBooks is downloading new transactions, you won't see this option. Wait a few minutes for the update to finish and try again.
6. Select Save and Close.
7. Re-connect the account to start downloading transactions again.

If you're still unable to sync with Krungsri Bank, you can download transactions from your bank and manually import them to QuickBooks. That way, you have accurate records on your bank register.
