Unable to connect my bank accounts(two bank accounts). Previously it got connected now I want to change the connection dates

I'm here to help you connect bank accounts and change connection dates in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

There are certain bank errors that block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions. If you happen to encounter one, follow the links listed in the Step 4 section of this article to be guided in fixing it: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions.

I would also appreciate it if you can tell me the name of your bank. This way, I'll be able to check our records here if there are any reported cases.

If you didn't receive any error messages, you can try signing in to your bank’s website to check if everything is working on their end. Then, manually update your bank connection to get the latest available transactions. Here's how:
 

1. Hit Banking or Transactions from the sidebar menu.
2. Go to the Banking tab.
3. Choose the appropriate bank account.
4. Tap Update.

Once you'll be able to connect accounts in QBO, you can now change the connection dates. 

When you connect an account for online banking, QuickBooks will download the 90-days or less of your entries. During the connection, it'll ask you the date range of the transactions that you want to download. You can disconnect and reconnect accounts to correct the dates. I'll show you how:
 

1. In the left navigation bar, go to Banking.
2. Access your Banking tab.
3. Tap the bank account you're working with by clicking on it. Its color will change to blue when selected.
4. Choose your Pencil (✏️) icon, then Edit Account Info.
5. Hit the Disconnect this account on save option.
6. Click Save and Close.
