Let me help you set up your Bank Feeds in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @allcloud123.

For me to verify and check for any open investigation, may ask the name of your bank?

It's possible that there's an issue within your browser and causing this behavior when connecting your bank to QuickBooks.

Let's isolate the issue by using a private browser to connect your bank to QBO. This way, we can determine if the issue is browser-related. You may access these following keyboard shortcut keys to access this mode:

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you're able to connect your bank account using a private browser, you may need to clear the cache of the regular browser you're using.

If the issue persists, I suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Support Team. This way, they can check your account and perform a further investigation to trace the issue.
