VERY BAD SERVICE. WE CAN'T CONNECT TO BANK FROM LAST 2 MONTHS.

I am determined to help you with your bank's connectivity issue. To do so, I may need additional information to give you a more accurate solution.

 

May I know what is your financial institution's name? Did you receive an error message/code? This way, I can check if there is an ongoing investigation under it?

 

In the meantime, we can try manually updating your bank account to refresh its connection with QBO.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking tab.
  2. Select the bank account and click Update.
  3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.
