We are no able to relink or connect with our bank through QB

We have tried linking again by filling login id and password but it is showing that corporate internet banking isn't available right now.

I'll share the steps on how to connect your bank account, @i9599113071-gmai.

 

To verify, are you getting an error code or error message? If so, please reply in the comment section so we can fix the error.

 

Meanwhile, you'll want to log in to your bank account using a browser. Then, look for a missed prompts. Check for messages that need your confirmation (ex. terms and conditions). Acknowledge the prompt, then go back and refresh your account in QuickBooks Online.

On the other hand, you can manually upload the transactions from your bank into QuickBooks Online. Once done, you can now match and categorise them.
