Banking error 155 in QuickBooks occurs when your financial institution is currently not allowing connections from our system.

 

In the meantime, you can bring in transactions into QuickBooks Online via WebConnect feature. You can check this article to manually import them into QBO: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
