Thank you for bringing this to our attention, @accounts-built2l. I’ll share with you some information regarding reconciling an account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

QuickBooks Online makes it easy for customers to categorise banking transactions by setting up bank rules. When you set up bank rules, this will automatically categorise transactions from your bank so that they go to the right accounts.

 

With regard to your concern, I suggest checking your bank rules to see if the transactions that were automatically ticked belong to a specific bank rule you set in your account.

 

You can check it out by going to the Banking menu and selecting the Rules tab.
