In QuickBooks Online, we can see the account's total debit and credit by opening the General Ledger report. Then, add the Debit and Credit column from the small gear icon beside the export icon.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account, then select Reports at the left pane.
  2. Look for General Ledger from the search field, then click it to open.
  3. Filter the report's date, then tap on the small gear icon to add the Credit and Debit column.
  4. Hit Run report to refresh the page.

 

Once done, you'll be able to see the total debits and credits per account from there. If you only want to display specific account/s, tap on Customize, then select the account beside Distribution Account under Filter.
