Why bahrain doesn't have undo bank reconcilation option?

I have entered opening balance as on 01/01/2020- 2765BD as per 2019 audit report and I done book keeping for the 2020 by qb destop, then I decided to  continue qb online for the year 2021. when I do bank reconciliation for the year 2021-January- Bank reconciliation opening balance came as same 2765BD, its wrong how can I fix this issue?  as per BANK 2021-JAN OPENING 4549.890

Hello there, 

 

There are a few data that don't convert when you switch from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online. You may notice transactions are missing, or reports are different and don't match. 

 

Your past reconciliation reports don't convert to QuickBooks Online. All reconciled transactions in the register will have an "R" in the cleared column in QuickBooks Online. You can click this link for more details on what to expect when you switch from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online. The Undo reconciliation in QuickBooks is available if you already have a past reconciliation done within the system.
