Question

Why does Quickbooks ask for two different token codes to connect a Zenith bank account?

We're trying to connect our Zenith bank account to Quickbooks online. The initial sign-in page asks for username, PIN and token code, which is all fine. But then I'm redirected to another page which asks for a token code again. We've tried entering the same token in both fields, and a different token in each (they reset after a while), but neither seems to work.

Jumping in to answer banking-related concerns, rstanley@familye.

QuickBooks solely depends on the data that's being asked by your bank when connecting your account. Most of the time, codes are needed to make sure that the person logging in is an authorized user.

I'd suggest reaching out to your bank to check if there's a different code that you need to enter for the other page.
