We can perform some troubleshooting steps to get your bank linked in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Ludinabatista. Let us guide you through the process to achieve this.

Before digging deeper into your concern, we'd like to ask what bank account you're attempting to connect to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company. If you've encountered a specific bank connection error, sharing those details would be very helpful in finding the right solution for you.

A possible reason you can't link it to your QBO account is that there are ongoing maintenance or updates on your bank's end. You'll want to check their official website to determine if they're updating their system. Then, verify your bank login credentials to confirm the account details using the correct URL from your bank’s website. Also, financial institutions sometimes have multiple bank names, so select the exact one from your bank's website.

Here's how to connect your bank account:

    1. Choose Bank transactions from the Transactions menu.
    2. Select Link Account.
    3. Enter the URL or name of your bank in the Search field and select the bank.
    4. Enter your Sign info in the Login and Password fields and click Continue
    5. Select the account you want to connect and the date to pull transactions from the dropdown ▼. Then, select Next.
    6. Choose your account type on the Account type ▼ dropdown and Next.
    7. Map the bank account in the Existing accounts ▼ dropdown and Next.
    8. Hit Connect and press Done.

For more detailed steps on connecting your bank account, you can check out this article: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

If you don't see your bank listed in the banking section of QBO, it may not currently supported yet. We can submit a request to add it to the list of supported banks as a workaround. This process may take some time considering the number of requests received and obtaining approval from the bank. Let me guide you on how:

    1. Go to the Transactions section and select Bank transactions.
    2. Tap Link account.
    3. Search for your financial institution's name. If QuickBooks doesn't find it, you'll see a message saying, "Hmm, we can't find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported banks." You'll then receive helpful tips to try and locate your bank account.
    4. If you still can't find your bank, click the Still can't find your provider? link.
    5. Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the provided field and click Request.

In the meantime, we can manually upload your bank transactions using a CSV file format.
