Why isn't there an email address for support questions? It has been over two days that my bank won't connect. "We can't connect right now" "Check back in a few hours"help

If you can't connect to your bank, it may be due to ongoing maintenance at your financial institution. To confirm this, I suggest visiting your bank's website to check for maintenance notifications or contacting your financial institution directly.

Also, did you encounter any errors while linking your bank to QBO? This information will help us provide more specific guidance.

In the meantime, I suggest using a private browser to log into your QBO account. Once logged in, copy your bank's URL link and paste it into the QBO search bar. This method will help you search and connect to your bank directly. Kindly follow these steps: 

1. Go to the Transactions menu, then choose Bank Transactions.
2. Click Link account.
3. In the search field, enter your bank's URL.
4. Select your bank.
5. Enter your Sign info in the Login and Password fields, then select Continue. 
6. Select the account and date from the dropdown, then click Next.
7. Choose your account type on the Account type dropdown, then hit Next.

You can also manually upload your transactions to continue categorizing and reconciling your account.
