A bank account was connected to a bank feed, but i now use manual. The Bank Balance remains at the last known bank balance from the feed. How to fix that?

The Bank Balance is the actual balance that you'll see once you connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, only the QuickBooks Balance will update moving forward if you'll enter transactions manually or import bank transactions via CSV. I've attached a screenshot for your visual guide:
