Hello, I am trying out QB 30 days free trial online and I have encountered issue to connect my bank account. After approving bank login on app, I was asked to provide OTP but I did not receive any OTP and hence, I was unable to connect my bank account. May I know how should I resolve this issue?

Thanks for posting here in the Community, @jyvdm.

Let me provide insights to make sure you can connect your bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Several banks require a unique password in order to validate transactions and verify accounts. This will give your account a higher level of security. The codes will automatically be delivered to your registered email address or mobile number by default.

To get this issue sorted out, you can log in to your bank's website (OCBC Bank) and double-check that the email address or phone number you provided is accurate. You'll need to update it if it's not your latest contact information. Then, go back to QBO and attempt to connect your bank account or download your latest bank transactions to initiate an OTP request again.

However, I recommend contacting your bank's technical support team if the issue persists. This way, they can look into your account and check why you're unable to receive the one-time password.

Once everything's good with your transactions, you can visit these resources that will help you to speed up the review process of your online bank transactions:

I'm only a post away if you have any other questions about connecting your bank or anything else you need help with in QuickBooks. I'll be glad to share and provide further assistance. Have a great day!
