Problem: unable to load transactions from bank (inside the 90 days period) from a certain interval of time.

Welcome to the Community! It's essential to access your banking transactions to keep your books up to date. QuickBooks Online is a great program that gives you the ability to easily track your sales and expenses. I'd be glad to help. 
 

QuickBooks Online offers the option to manually import banking transactions using qbo,qfx,ofx or CSV excel file. You can export your bank transactions to one of these files and then import them into QuickBooks. For CSV excel file, I encourage you to review this article on how to format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.

Once you have the file, You can refer to the following steps to import your transactions into QuickBooks.

1. Click on the Gear icon
2. Select Import data
3. Select Bank data
4. Upload your file and follow the prompts to complete the import

This type of issue can also be caused by browser cache and cookies as they can prevent the system from functioning effectively. I encourage you to refer to the following steps to complete some browser troubleshooting.
 

• Clear browser cache.
• Try in a private browser window.
• Use another browser type.
• Make sure you're using supported browsers.
• Turn off any ad and pop-up blockers temporarily.
