5 Ways to Engage Clients
Happy Friday, QuickBooks Community! Is it me, or does it feels like time is moving very fast? One time it's Monday, and in a blink of an eye, it's Friday already. Not that I'm complaining, lol. Anyway, as you are getting to the end of your workweek, I wanted to share with you this article by Entrepreneur about five ways to engage your clients. Here's what they had to say:

Although there are the traditional means of using email to communicate with your clients, how certain are you that they actually receive it and not it going to junk or spam? If you are trying to maintain communication with your customer they are different avenues you can pursue. An example could be Slack. Slack allows you to communicate with your important clients all at the same time and opens doors for them to have direct access to you. If you need the information to be shared among a particular group, Slack allows you the flexibility of list segmentation.
Another avenue would be Facebook Group. How many are you are currently in a Facebook Group? I sure the majority of us would have raised our hands. I'm now in a group that shows different cooking techniques of making bread, buns, tarts, pies, etc. Facebook Groups allow you to create polls, Gif, photos, live stream videos to engage with your audience. This could eventually save you some money when it comes to hosting fees.
Telegram and Voxer are great opportunities as well. These services offer a more personalized experience where you can send and receive voice messages. If you have a quick question or idea and want to get opinions from top-level clients, this would be an excellent communication form without the whole formal forum experience.
Instagram's close friends would be another helpful instrument to use. This way, loyal customers would have access to exclusive details about what you're doing or planning to do. You can even push it further to monetize these exclusives by using apps such as Patreon to collect membership fees and so on.
Do you believe these tips will help you engage with your clients even more? Or what are some ways you engage your clients? We will love to hear your feedback below! Until then, continue to be safe and be well, my Community comrades.
